Here’s how it works: When you've placed your order with us and are ready to pay, simply log into your bank’s online or mobile banking system and choose “Interac e-Transfer.” Enter our payment email (provided in an email immediately after you checkout), the total amount, and enter your order number in the message notes. You can find the exact instructions for your payment in your order confirmation email. Once your e-Transfer is sent, you’ll receive confirmation from your bank, and we’ll be shortly notified that your payment has been sent.

One of the biggest benefits of Interac e-Transfer is its real-time delivery. Our transfers are deposited automatically through the AutoDeposit feature, meaning there’s no need for manual input on our end or yours. Be aware, sometimes an e-Transfer can take upwards of 30 minutes to be completed. Some can be completed within mere minutes, it all depends on your banking institution.
